Shaun lives with his wife Sheryl, three dogs, fifteen sheep and seven chooks on a small farm in the Great Southern region of Western Australia.
He built the house on the property while he and Sheryl lived in the shed.
A member of a local writing group for more than three years, Shaun enjoys writing poetry, and flash fiction and entering local writing competitions.
For Shaun creative writing is a means of exploring the human condition in an interesting and entertaining manner.
His goal is to complete an adult crime fiction novel.

ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATOR: LOUDMOUTH ILLUSTRATIONS
Josh Smits is Loudmouth illustrations.
Josh has always had a keen interest in painting and drawing. Growing up in the Hutt Valley, if he wasn't outside kicking a ball or swinging a bat, he was inside making pictures.
In fact, his first commissions were during his primary school years drawing reproductions of "Kiss" album covers for classmates!
Josh has a Bachelor of Design (First class honors) from Massey University.
Currently, he is enjoying working in his studio in the hills of Upper Hutt, Wellington.
