Author Bio

Kathryn’s love of writing started in high school where she won several awards for her short stories. While her initial career in nursing and the joy of having her children put her dream of becoming a fantasy writer on hold, the stories continued to rattle around in her thoughts. It wasn’t until Kathryn landed her dream job in a university library, started reading shifter stories and discovered some online writing workshops that her dream took flight. With this inspiration and the support, encouragement and belief of a special few the first two stories unfolded and were eventually accepted for publishing for readers to enjoy.

From an early age, Tere knew he must hide his true alpha nature from his vicious sire who ruled with fear, violence and oppression…

As he matures, Tere feigns deference, all the while growing physically stronger as hatred and the desire for revenge festers within.

His only perceived supporters – his mother, Alika; his long-time friend Reine, a beta wolf; and Ileia who owns his heart – dare not be seen with him.

Taunted and beaten by Lacas at every opportunity, Tere’s anger finally explodes with far reaching repercussions, changing the very fabric of his being.

With his world turned upside down, can Tere restore peace and prosperity to the pack all while learning to harness his newly awakened magic?

“A fantastical journey of love, revenge and purpose so beautifully told and immersed in the creative world of a reader’s mind…” Hannah, Readalot reviewer.
